Currently healthy eating advice- eating healthy isn't just about how much food you eat, it's about eating the right food. A healthy diet is a balancing actbetween the right type, amount and variety of food.

Hi! I am delighted that you decide to commit for a better way of eating.
I will support and guide you on my best with my knowledge and experience.
I am christian and my life experience is full of testimonies to share. Is about commitment to change, perseverance and God will be there with you. My purpose here is to support and share my knowledge with you striving and praying that you will feel happier, loved, stronger and healthier.
Let's start! To achieve something we need to plan it! For that plan to take structure we need to:
Analyze what we have and what we need - information about you (more ahead) and where you want to get
Take steps: reading information about food (get to know what you eat to give you a better understanding), getting to know what your body needs and finding suitable schedules to fit in your routine.
A will create a plan specially adjusted to you with suggestions and recommendations to follow during the week and timescale agreed.

6 months plan will include monthly suggestions or recommended schedule of exercise, whole foods, healthy meals, snacks and cuts where necessary

Monotoring for a healthier eating
This is a package where I will help you to monitor your eating lifestyle to achieve a better healthier way.
A form will be sent to your email which will be used to understand where you are with it. Once this information is sent I will schedule a pack with tips, advice and guidance on things to change and do. This service has a duration of 2 weeks. Where you can reach me (within my working hours) with any doubts, questions and I will monitor and encourage your progress.
Nutritional needs
With the form available here to download , once you finish to fill in , you will need to send it to me with the information about yourself. This information will be kept in private and will be used to address the needs according to each individual.
This will include daily recommended intake calories and information about the nutrients to focus on to intake and guides/tips to follow.
Once you send the form filled I will send this pack within 2 days maximum.
